Through discussions guided by Bethany caseworker Nina Griffith, we’ll explore topics such as navigating peer pressure, managing social expectations, and developing effective communication skills. We’ll also talk about the impact of social media on relationships, helping you recognize both its benefits and challenges.

This group is meant to be a safe and supportive space, where we encourage self-reflection, confidence, and healthy boundaries. You’ll be empowered to form positive, respectful connections with others both online and offline.
