The Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Framework introduces fundamental skills to support those who have experienced trauma and traumatic stress. Therapy includes caregivers participation.
ADOPTS provides parent coaching to families:
Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) helps families understand the impact of trauma on the brain and body while providing tools to understand how to empower and connect with their children while correcting behaviors.
Outcomes after one year:
- 89% of families surveyed remain intact
- Clinically significant drops in child anxiety, hyperactivity, aggression, attention and conduct issues, parental stress, and parent/child dysfunction
- Clinically significant gains in social skills, leadership, and adaptability
