We're thrilled you're interested in learning more about becoming a foster parent! As a Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA), Bethany works closely with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) which sets the licensing requirements for foster care. This initial class, RAPT 1, is the first in a three-part series of required pre-service classes needed for foster care licensure for the Short-Term Immigrant Foster Care Program.
