Jonathan's adoption story
Jonathan describes the feeling of uncertainty for teens in foster care, waiting to be adopted: "It’s scary when your friends have a family to go home to, but you don’t."
As he got to know his foster family, and would argue with them as teens often do, he was surprised at how they’d argue back. And then he discovered why—they loved him. Adopted at 17, Jonathan found a family that will always welcome him home.
